I had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, alongside the very welcoming and professional team. It's great to know that the property has been refurbished recently. Although I enjoyed my stay immensely, I felt a bit uneasy about the safety and evacuation procedures in the shared rooms, which could use some improvement. Overall, it offers amazing value considering its proximity to Kensington Gardens and transport options.

I had a wonderful time at this hostel during my master's degree. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Hyde Park and several transport options.
